Feb 13 – 16 2016 marked the Latin America regional training on disability rights.  With more than 20 participants representing around 10 countries, we at DRPI are ver pleased to have again the opportunity to meet with DPOs and leaders to learn more about disability rights but above all to keep empowering persons with disabilities on monitoring disability rights. Antonieta from Salta lawyer and founder of Fundacion Tomar Accion ,which is an asociation bringing legal advice for free to people with a disability, in her introduction says:a law is not complete until people get inside of it.
