DRPI Africa

The DRPI South Africa Country Monitoring Project was launched during a seven-day training for project monitors, data analysts and other personnel in Johannesburg at the offices of the National Council for Persons with Physical Disabilities in South Africa. The project is led by the South African Disability Alliance (SADA) with the support of the DRPI Africa Regional Centre.

DRPI Regional Officer for Africa, Oswald Tuyizere, recently presented at a report on the implementation of the Kigali Declaration, especially persons with disabilities

Participants in the DRPI Africa Regional Workshop have issued a Declaration for action on monitoring the rights of persons with disabilities.
